Payment Schedule

Booth and Demonstration Suite Payment

Payment in full is due no later than January 16, 2026. Failure to submit full payment by January 17, 2026, will be considered a material breach and may result in the reassignment of your booth or demo space unless otherwise agreed in writing. Applications received after January 17, 2026, must be submitted with full payment.

Cancellation Policy

Booth space may be canceled in writing by February 6, 2026, subject to a non-refundable fee of $1,500 per 8x10 or 10x10 booth. Demonstration suite cancellations are subject to a 20% non-refundable fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after February 7, 2026.
