All food preparation and sampling at CinemaCon must comply with Caesars Entertainment regulations. These standards are designed to ensure food safety, maintain compliance, and protect the health of all attendees.

Global Experience Specialists (GES) is the official service provider for CinemaCon. GES will assist you throughout your pre-show planning and setup process. The Exhibitor Services Manual provides access to everything you’ll need for a successful trade show experience, including:

• Show information and required forms
• Booth furnishings
• Shipping, drayage, and material handling
• Refrigerated and frozen storage
• Labor and equipment services
• Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs) and third-party guidelines

Encore Global is the exclusive audiovisual and rigging partner of Caesars Palace, providing exhibitors with seamless, high-quality technical support throughout the event. Encore offers a full range of services, including:

To ensure safety and compliance, all rigging must be handled by Encore’s certified team. Their specialists are available to design and execute complete rigging systems tailored to your booth needs. If your AV or rigging requirements extend beyond what’s available in the EventNow Portal, please contact the Expo Sales Team directly or submit a Rigging Request.
