• The application is for consideration to attend CinemaCon as a member of the press from April 13-16, 2026, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV.
• Only ONE application per outlet will be accepted for consideration. If you’d like to include multiple members from your outlet, you can list the additional members within the application.
  • Outlets that have assignment editors for multiple disciplines (i.e. video, photo and print) may submit separate applications for each department.
  • Freelance journalists must be on assignment from a media outlet, and the assigning Editor or Producer must complete this application.
  • If you are not the assigning Editor or Producer, please forward this form to the appropriate person at your outlet.

Accreditation Guidelines

We welcome media representatives from recognised publications, digital platforms, and freelance journalists who cover cinema, theater technology, and entertainment. To qualify for media accreditation, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Media credentials are for editorial press only. Executives, marketing personnel, publicists, and advertising personnel must register as a regular attendee.
• Each press outlet may submit only one application, completed by the designated Main Contact who will serve as the primary liaison between the outlet and CinemaCon.
  • Additional members from your outlet can be listed within the application.
  • Outlets with assignment editors for multiple disciplines (i.e. video, photo and print) may submit separate applications for each department.
  • Freelance journalists must be on assignment from a media outlet, and the assigning Editor or Producer must complete this application.
  • If you are not the assigning Editor or Producer, please forward this form to the appropriate person at your outlet.
• Each application must include at least two supporting materials as URLs (e.g., Google Drive, YouTube, Dropbox, or online articles).
  • If multiple editors, writers, analysts, or photographers from your outlet are applying, please submit supporting materials for each applicant.
  • Ensure all materials are prepared and accessible before starting the application.
• Credentials will be granted on a case-by-case basis. Previous accreditation does not guarantee accreditation for CinemaCon 2026.

How to Apply for Media Accreditation

• Complete the online application no later than 5 p.m. PT on January 30, 2026. Early submission is recommended.
• Your application is not considered complete until you’ve received an email confirming receipt. This confirmation does not guarantee accreditation.
• We will begin notifying media of their application status on a rolling basis beginning February 23, 2026.
