CinemaCon, Cinema United and its partner associations (ICTA and EF&B – formerly NAC) depend on membership to continue the year-round work of supporting exhibition worldwide. We urge everyone to join their respective trade association prior to registering to reap immediate member benefits, including savings on CinemaCon registration fees.
All registrations will be verified and adjusted as appropriate to align with the membership types described below. If you are unsure of your rate eligibility, please verify your status with the appropriate member organization prior to registering.
Non-Member – Industry affiliates and companies who are not members of Cinema United, ICTA or EF&B – formerly NAC (i.e.Distributors, Producers/Filmmakers, Print/Online/Broadcast Media, Financial Institutions, Advertising, Publicity Companies and similar)
Association Eligible Non-Member – Any company eligible for membership in Cinema United, ICTA or EF&B – formerly NAC that hasn’t joined or doesn’t hold an active membership.

Organizations purchasing 10 or more registration packages may contact Kelley Bowman in the Registration Center for a group rate, payment terms and registration procedure. If you are coordinating a group, please note from an administrative and security standpoint, it is now mandatory to include each person’s email address. On-line registration will remain open until 11:59pm, Friday, April 10th, at which time the On-site Late Registration Rate will prevail. Payment must be submitted with registration via credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). All financial transactions will be processed in U.S. dollars at the current rate of exchange.
While individual registrations will be paid for by credit cards online, any group accounts wanting to make payment electronically or by wire transfer, please note confirmation of payment must be received no later than Friday, 3 April. Registrations not paid in full by 3 April 2026 may be canceled. Those affected will be required to register on site at the prevailing registration rates.
Registration confirmation will arrive via email shortly after submitting an online registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email in a timely manner, please notify the Registration Center.
You will be required to show a current, valid government picture ID (driver's license, passport, etc.) to receive your CinemaCon badge and other materials. Be sure to check the schedule registration hours and locations. Your badge should be worn at all times and is required for admission to all events.
Substitutions are allowed with the permission of the original registrant. A substitution is a straight transfer of registration credentials with no adjustment to the registration category or payment. If a change to the registration category or payment is required, the original registrant will be canceled with a $200 administrative fee and the new registrant will be processed at the prevailing rate.
Registrants who are unable to attend may substitute another person. In the event no substitution can be made, CinemaCon will process a refund minus a $200 processing fee through 13 March 2026. Cancellations received after 13 March, as well as unused registrations or tickets, will not be refunded. CinemaCon will not be responsible for any variances in exchange rates between the original charge and refund.
