Provided by GES, the official show service provider, each booth includes:
Additional furniture, equipment, and services can be ordered separately through the GES Exhibitor Services Kit, which will be made available in advance of the show.
During official trade show hours (Tuesday and Wednesday), lunch will be provided for registered booth staff from 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM. Lunch service will take place in the Augustus Ballroom for CinemaCon attendees, trade show guests, and Augustus Ballroom trade show staff. Auxiliary lunch buffets will be provided for Julius Ballroom trade show staff on the Pool Level, located in the South Promenade outside the Campania Ballroom.
Exhibitors and their guests are eligible to register for Trade Show badges, which grant access to the Trade Show floor only. Badge registration will be available closer to the event.
Staff Badges: There is no limit to the number of staff badges per company, but we ask that you register only those essential to the setup and daily operation of your booth.
Guest Badges: Each exhibiting company is entitled to up to five (5) complimentary guest badges per 8x10 or 10x10 booth, courtesy of our partnership with EF&B and ICTA.
Important: Trade Show badges provide access only to the Trade Show floor. If you or your guests would like to attend seminars, special events, or other programming, a Full Registration or Trade Show & Seminar Registration must be purchased at the published rate. Badge upgrades are not available.
