An exclusive early bird rate available only to returning 2025 exhibitors. To qualify, your application must be submitted by September 19, 2025, and your 50% deposit must be received by October 3, 2025. After these deadlines, the standard rate applies.
The regular booth pricing in effect for any applications submitted after September 19, 2025, or for deposits received after October 3, 2025, through the 2026 show date.
A special discounted rate available to companies who have never exhibited at CinemaCon. It’s our way of welcoming new partners and encouraging industry participation.
Companies that are members of either of our two trade association partners – Entertainment Food & Beverage (EF&B) or International Cinema Technology Association (ICTA) – qualify for member pricing. Learn more about membership, benefits, and pricing by visiting EF&B and ICTA.
Any exhibiting company that is not a member of EF&B or ICTA.
Demonstration Suites are available in select locations and offer premium, private space for meetings, product demos, or immersive experiences. Availability is limited and suites are assigned at the discretion of show management. If you're interested in learning more about pricing and availability, please contact CinemaCon Management directly.
Payment in full is due no later than January 16, 2026. Failure to submit full payment by January 17, 2026, will be considered a material breach and may result in the reassignment of your booth or demo space unless otherwise agreed in writing. Applications received after January 17, 2026, must be submitted with full payment.
Booth space may be canceled in writing by February 6, 2026, subject to a non-refundable fee of $1,500 per 8x10 or 10x10 booth. Demonstration suite cancellations are subject to a 20% non-refundable fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after February 7, 2026.
