Join the Conversation

Each year, CinemaCon brings together leaders from across the theatrical exhibition industry to explore the ideas, challenges, and innovations shaping the future of cinema. For CinemaCon 2026, our program will focus primarily on “Innovation and Experiences” – highlighting emerging technologies, evolving business models, and fresh approaches to the guest experience.

If you or your company have insights, case studies, or forward-looking ideas to share, we invite you to suggest a seminar for consideration. We welcome any and all suggestions to help guide the conversations that matter most to cinema operators, studio executives, and partners across the industry.

What to Include in Your Proposal

When submitting your idea, please include the following details:

  • Proposed program title
  • Summary of the topic (2-4 sentences)
  • Target audience (e.g., exhibitors, marketing teams, technology providers, operations leaders, industry partners)
  • Primary objectives or key takeaways for attendees
  • Proposed speakers – include names and titles if available. If not, describe the sector or role they represent (for example, independent theater operator, technology provider, or outside expert)
  • Seminar format (panel discussion, case study, fireside chat, presentation, etc.)
