Trade Show Networking Reception

Octavius Ballroom – Promenade Level
We’re pleased to introduce a new official CinemaCon 2026 kick-off networking reception, offering participating trade show companies an early opportunity to connect with attendees ahead of the official opening of the trade show floor.
This cocktail reception allows vendors to begin conversations, preview upcoming booth activations, and build early momentum around new products, services, and innovations in a relaxed, social setting. It’s an ideal opportunity to engage with key decision-makers from the global exhibition community before the week’s programming and trade show activity formally begins.
The reception will be held in the Octavius Ballroom and will not interfere with exhibitor load-in or set-up in the Augustus and Julius Ballrooms, or in trade show suites. The reception is open to all exhibiting companies, including those with booths, meeting rooms, or demonstration rooms, as well as registered Cinema United exhibitor members.

Lunch will be available in the Augustus Ballroom for CinemaCon attendees, trade show guests, and Augustus Ballroom trade show staff. Auxiliary lunch buffets will be provided for Julius Ballroom trade show staff on the Pool Level, located in the South Promenade outside the Campania Ballroom.

Important: Please note that there will be no scheduled trade show hours on Thursday. When the trade show concludes at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, exhibitor move-out will begin immediately in the Augustus and Julius ballrooms.
All exhibitors should carefully review the GES Exhibitor Services page for detailed move-in and move-out schedules, including the load-out schedule that begins immediately after the trade show closes at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, as there will be no trade show hours on Thursday. Adhering to the GES schedule will help ensure a smooth and efficient breakdown for all participants.
