We are excited to introduce an official CinemaCon 2026 kick-off networking event. This exclusive reception is open to all participating trade show companies and registered Cinema United exhibitor members. It’s designed to foster early engagement and build momentum heading into the week of CinemaCon, offering a valuable opportunity to connect with key decision-makers from the global exhibition community in an informal setting.

¹ Attendance is optional for trade show exhibitors. The reception will be held outside of the trade show floor and will not interfere with booth load-in or set-up in either the Augustus or Julius Ballrooms. Final time and location will be shared closer to the event.
² Lunch will be available in the Augustus Ballroom (Emperors Level) for exhibitors and attendees located in Augustus, and in the Octavius Ballroom (Promenade Level) for those exhibiting in the Julius Ballroom.

All registered exhibitors and their Trade Show guests will have access to complimentary lunch on Tuesday, April 14 and Wednesday, April 15 from 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM. Lunch will be available in the Augustus Ballroom (Emperors Level) for exhibitors and attendees located in Augustus, and in the Octavius Ballroom (Promenade Level) for those exhibiting in the Julius Ballroom.
Exhibitors and their guests are eligible to register for Trade Show badges, which grant access to the Trade Show floor only. Badge registration will be available closer to the event.
There is no limit to the number of staff badges per company, but we ask that you register only those essential to the setup and daily operation of your booth.
Each exhibiting company is entitled to up to five (5) complimentary guest badges per 8x10 or 10x10 booth, courtesy of our partnership with EF&B and ICTA.
Important: Trade Show badges provide access only to the Trade Show floor. If you or your guests would like to attend seminars, special events, or other programming, a Domestic, International, or Trade Show/Seminar registration must be purchased at the published rate. Badge upgrades are not available.
