CinemaCon 2026 Goody Bag Participation Form

GUIDELINES FOR PARTICIPATION

Quantity Requirement:

Participants must provide 3,600 units per item to ensure all attendee bags are stocked consistently.

Packaging and Assembly:

All items must arrive fully pre-assembled and ready for distribution. Nothing should require on-site folding,
sorting, or assembly. Apparel items such as T-shirts must be shipped pre-folded and sealed in polybags, and
any multipacks or sets must be packaged as a single unit before shipping.

Prohibited Items:

Lanyards may not be included, as CinemaCon has an official lanyard sponsor. Marketing materials and printed
literature – including brochures, flyers, and other promotional inserts – are not permitted. The goody bag is
reserved exclusively for tangible, attendee-focused items.

Shipping Labels:

Official CinemaCon shipping labels will be provided and must be affixed to all boxes to ensure proper routing
and delivery.

Delivery Deadline:

All items must arrive in Las Vegas no later than April 1, 2026, to guarantee inclusion in the official CinemaCon goody bag.
