2025 MEDIA CREDENTIAL APPLICATION

Please read the following information carefully before continuing:

  • Please answer all of the following questions with as much detail as possible.
  • Each outlet must designate one person to submit your application. Outlets with assignment editors for different divisions (i.e. Reporters, Video, Photo) may submit separate applications for each department.
  • It is mandatory to submit at least two supporting materials as part of this application in the form of a URL (Google Drive, YouTube, Dropbox, Articles). If more than one reporter is included in your application, please provide supporting materials for each reporter.
  • Upon successfully submitting your application form, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your application. Please note the email confirming receipt is not confirmation of accreditation. If you do not receive this email, please reach out to cinemaconpress@natodc.com to verify receipt.
  • We will begin notifying media of their application status on a rolling basis beginning February 10, 2025.

Code of Conduct

**Any available schedule information is updated at cinemaconstg.wpengine.com/schedule. Approval and access to various coverage opportunities will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, studios will control who is granted access to their events and will distribute information to select, pre-approved, registered press at their discretion. Please note that media credentials are for press covering CinemaCon editorially. Executives, marketing personnel, publicists and advertising personnel need to register as a regular attendee.
By submitting this application for consideration, you understand that CinemaCon reserves the right to grant or deny admittance to any media outlet.
